I am Anup Moitra. My background spans enterprise technical support, Windows endpoint management, IT operations, Microsoft 365 production support, service management, and practical troubleshooting.
Today I build and document hands-on Microsoft Intune environments to strengthen practical endpoint administration skills and share what I learn through labs, articles, and step-by-step tutorials.

My endpoint-management work is grounded in years of supporting real users, production applications, service queues, operational processes, and enterprise environments.
With over 15 years in enterprise IT support and operations, I have worked across Windows endpoint troubleshooting, onboarding, user support, Microsoft 365 applications, service management, and operational support.
That experience shaped how I approach modern endpoint administration. A configuration is not finished simply because a policy has been created — it must deploy correctly, behave as expected, support the user experience, and be understandable when troubleshooting is required.
I now apply that operational mindset to Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Autopilot, Company Portal, application deployment, endpoint security policies, compliance, and Conditional Access.
